Meet Nick

Nick is a clinical registrar with experience delivering evidence-based, psychological interventions for a range of mental health concerns across the lifespan, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, insomnia, and interpersonal difficulties. Nick has a special interest in working with children, adolescents and young adults (25 under). He recently completed his Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of New England.

Nick utilises a trauma-informed approach to promote collaboration and accessibility in tailoring interventions to meet client needs. He values a holistic approach to identify and harness client strengths to support psychological interventions. Nick works within an evidence-based, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) framework with a developing interest in other modalities such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
