Meet Joshua
Josh is a provisional psychologist undertaking his final year of the Master of Clinical Psychology program at the University of Canberra. During his training, Josh has provided evidence-based psychological interventions at the UC Psychology Clinic, delivering both individual and group-based therapy.
Josh’s approach to therapy is collaborative and is focused on developing a space where clients feel comfortable to explore pathways to their therapeutic goals. He has experience working with clients across the life-span and is particularly passionate about working with adults and older adolescents. Josh works within an evidence-based therapeutic approach informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and has a developing interest and understanding of the Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) framework. Josh has experience working across various clinical presentations, including anxiety, depression, stress, emotional dysregulation; procrastination, and specific phobias.
