Meet Chelsea

Chelsea is a provisional psychologist who enjoys supporting clients across the lifespan. She is particularly passionate about working with adolescents and adults facing mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, stress, and interpersonal concerns.

Chelsea places high importance on her relationship with her clients and creates a space that prioritises comfort, collaboration, and safety. She approaches therapy through a person-centred lens, acknowledging individual needs and differences, to empower her clients to make meaningful changes in their lives. Chelsea works within an evidence-based treatment approach informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and is supervised by a Clinical Psychologist to integrate other evidence-based practices with clients, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) frameworks.

Chelsea completed her undergraduate training at The Australian National University and is currently completing her Master of Clinical Psychology and final year of study at the University of Canberra (UC). Last year, Chelsea provided evidence-based psychological intervention within the UC Psychology Clinic and prior to commencing her clinical training, she worked with NDIS clients with varying disabilities and mental health conditions, focusing on improving their behaviour, social participation, and quality of life.
