Meet Brigette

Brigette is a Provisional Psychologist who enjoys working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, panic, and stress-related difficulties. She is passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients feel comfortable to explore their experiences.

Brigette works from an evidence-based approach informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with an aim to meet clients’ needs and goals.

She completed her undergraduate studies at The Australian National University and is currently completing her Master of Professional Psychology and final year of training at The Australian National University. Prior to commencing her training, Brigette worked in a community mental health setting where she provided a needs assessment, assisted to determine suitable level of care and provided appropriate resources and referrals for individuals experiencing moderate to severe mental health concerns.

Brigette will be available for therapy two days a week on Wednesdays and Fridays beginning 29 July 2026. Fees for sessions with a provisional psychologist are significantly reduced. To enquire or book an appointment, please contact the practice.
