Specialising in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Caitlin’s expertise is in creating genuine connections with her clients. Grounded in empathy and authenticity, she guides individuals through a spectrum of challenges, ranging from anxiety and OCD to trauma.

Joanna’s journey as a psychologist reflects a deep-seated desire to impact lives on a personal level. With a former career in the public service, Joanna transitioned from serving the community at a broader level, to delving into individual narratives. Drawing on her background in anthropology and languages, she felt a natural pull towards psychology.
Introducing the newest addition to the Think Mental Health team, Dr. Judy Clarke who will be Joining us two days a week.
Meet Psychologist, Monika Fridgant. Growing up in Canberra, Monika was surrounded by family who worked in the industry, which gave her a clear idea of what she wanted her career to look like.
Dr Stone is currently fully booked for the remainder of 2023.
It is with a heavy heart that we will be saying goodbye to three excellent clinicians from the ThinkPS team at the end of this year.
