Meet Sarah
Sarah is a senior clinical psychologist who has experience working with child, adolescent and adult clients presenting with a range of mental health issues. Sarah has an interest in working with adults and older adolescents (ages 15-19) treating anxiety, depression, insomnia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), childhood trauma, relationship difficulties, and other disorders/difficulties that are commonly experienced in these age groups.
Sarah is trained in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT) and takes an attachment and trauma focused approach in her therapy.
Sarah completed her Undergraduate and Honours at Macquarie University in Sydney before completing her Clinical Masters at the University of Canberra. Sarah also works within the ACT’s Community Mental Health Service.
